Unfold
Identity & Attachment Psychotherapy
About Unfold
I work at the level of identity, how we come to know ourselves through relationships, expectations, and lived experience. Over time, many people learn to adapt in ways that help them survive, succeed, or belong, even when those adaptations slowly pull them away from who they really are.

I’m deeply interested in humanity, in how people develop, protect themselves, and make meaning of what they’ve lived through. My work honors both sides of that process: the strength it took to become who you are, and the difficulty of beginning to uncover what may have been buried underneath it.

This work asks for courage. It can mean risking new boundaries, shedding roles that once felt necessary, and listening to an inner voice that may have been quiet for a long time. I hold a deep respect for how hard that process can be, and I don’t expect perfection or performance along the way.

Unfold is a place for thoughtful, relational work where identity and attachment are explored with depth, clarity, and care.
Therapeutic approaches used at Unfold; Psychodynamic, Relational, Existentialism, Family Systems, Person Centered, Attachment-Based.
